3. MEMBERS (DISTRIBUTORS) TERMS
These additional terms apply to individuals who register as distributors ("Members" or "Distributors") of PrimeraVita:
We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to terminate, modify, or suspend your access to our Website, Content or Services at any time (for any reason, or for no reason). In particular, and without limitation, we may terminate, modify, or suspend your access to the Website, Content and/or Services upon your non-compliance with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and, if you are a distributor of PrimeraVita, your Application and Agreement (the “PrimeraVita Agreement”) or if you violate our rights or the rights of any other party or if something we consider inappropriate behavior.
Furthermore, if an account has been inactive for over 3 months, then our system may automatically terminate the person from being a distributor and the account will be suspended and/or removed from our system.
The minimum age that a child can work as a distributor with any Company depends on your Country Laws. For this reason, it is your responsibility to follow the laws of your Country. On our side, if we find a child underage trying to work as a distributor, we will immediately suspend their account and report the issue.
4. DISCLAIMER OF NO PROMISES
All the information provided by us on the PrimeraVita Website is available for general and indicative purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure the reliability of the information provided on the PrimeraVita website; however, this shall not constitute a warranty or even a promise for any future success or career.
We clearly deny any promise or warranty of any future income. Any claim of potential should be treated as a possibility only, and you should not depend on it unless you have clearly verified its accuracy and independency. We shall not be held responsible, liable, or obligated for whatsoever any loss or damage that might arise from your analysis or reliance on any claims.

7. SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A. MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS

B. PRODUCT REFUNDS
Our policy aims to be fair while accounting for the complexities of global shipping.
B1. Damaged or Defective Products
You may return any unused product in its original, unopened condition within 14 calendar days of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement or a full refund.
B2. Change of Mind Returns: Unused Products
We understand that sometimes a product might not be what you expected. If you wish to return an item, we offer a refund for products that are unused and in their original condition within 48 hours of delivery (unopened condition within 14 calendar days of delivery). For a return to be processed, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with sending the product back to our company's address.

B3. Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners. C. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return or cancellation request is approved: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method or alternative method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and location.
D. CANCELLATION PROCESS
You may cancel your order at any time before you receive the "Confirmation of order execution and dispatch" email. – simply contact Customer Service. If you decide to cancel your order, we will in any case send you an email confirming the cancellation.
